The team is well versed in assisting with cross-border M&A and the establishment of Honduran entities, as well as corporate governance, compliance and best practice for operating in the country. Leading the practice are office managing partner Arturo Zacapa, who brings extensive expertise in corporate and intellectual property matters to the table, and the highly experienced Gustavo Zacapa.
