The practice is overseen by Richard Sheldon, Guernsey managing partner and a specialist in contentious regulatory proceedings. In addition, the team assists Guernsey companies and their directors in their dealings with the GFSC. Anthony Williams departed the firm in May 2026. August of the same year saw the arrival of Simon Florance , formerly of Carey Olsen, who acts for clients under investigation by the GFSC for alleged money laundering or sanctions breaches.
