Carey Olsen‘s ’thorough and efficient’ property team is able to tackle the full spectrum of commercial property deals, covering the acquisition and disposal of Guernsey-based properties, the negotiation and renewal of commercial leases and planning matters, both advisory and contentious. Group head Davey Le Marquand acts at the intersection of commercial transactions and inheritance-related property matters. Rachel Jones is the team’s planning specialist, overseeing clients’ planning applications and acting for them in subsequent appeals. Providing further transactional expertise is Kieran Ogilvie, who advises on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of Guernsey properties, in addition to assisting with matters of construction law. Jason Morgan retired during 2025.
