Bedell Cristin advises fund sponsors and managers across the life cycle of their investment vehicles, from the structuring and launch of new funds, to the procurement of financing and ultimately their winding up and liquidation of assets. The team also advises a client base made up of, inter alia, real estate and private equity funds, on Guernsey regulatory requirements, including pertaining to funds marketing themselves as ESG-focused. Practice head John Scanlan is sought out for advice on the launch of new fund structures, including both closed and open-ended vehicles.
