Mourant's employment team covers general employment law advisory work, legal aspects of cross-border transactions, and litigation in and outside of the employment tribunal. The practice is headed by the experienced Rachel Guthrie, named partner in March 2025, who leads on matters concerning discrimination law, data protection, redundancies and office closures, and contractual changes regarding pensions, often working closely with the Jersey office. Hana Plsek assists on general employment matters, with particular expertise in population management, and Charlotte Ward contributes on contentious employment matters.
