Ferbrache & Farrell LLP‘s ’responsive and thoughtful’ litigation team handles trust disputes and an array of commercial matters, including insolvency and professional negligence cases. The team is headed up by Robin Gist, who combines expertise in commercial and regulatory matters, including trust, sanctions and data protection issues, among others. Co-founder Peter Ferbrache continues to act for clients in trust and commercial matters as a consultant. Martin Jones left the team in April 2024, followed by Robert Breckon, who departed in October 2024. Charlotte Tomlinson joined the team from Sills & Betteridge LLP in May 2024. Alison Antill departed in June 2025.
