Aguilar Castillo Love's labour team draws on the firm's strong corporate and litigation practices to represent major multinationals in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, manufacturing, agribusiness and automotive sectors, among others, in both contentious and advisory labour matters. The group routinely provides support with the labour aspects of M&A and restructurings, in addition to advising on employment contracts, health and safety regulations, and adapting global HR policies to comply with Guatemalan legislation. Labour litigation, particularly claims brought by senior ex-employees, is also a key area of expertise.
