The team continues to expand its expertise in the energy industry, recently handling a series of constitutional cases relating to Guatemala’s electricity sector. Founding partner Juan José Porras Castillo, who has extensive experience of representing major Guatemalan companies and the country’s Chamber of Industry, heads the team with director of litigation Mario Guadrón, who is well versed in criminal, labour, tax and IP disputes.
