Work highlights
Representing the Hellenic Motor Insurance Auxiliary Fund in international arbitration proceedings on a complex issue concerning the collection of reinsurance indemnity from the reinsurers of two insurance undertakings which were placed in liquidation several years ago, the Auxiliary Fund being subrogated to their rights and obligations.
Advising a undertaking engaging in an oil refinery on its insurance claims for payment of insurance indemnity for material damages in its industrial facilities, as well as for the business interruption which arose thereof, decisively contributing to the achievement of the beneficial settlement of all claims.
