Work highlights

Advising insurers and representing HT/FSI in relation to lawsuits that are being filed following the deadliest train accident in Greece, with 57 deaths, at Tempi on 1 March 2023.
Advised and successfully represented the Cyprus Guarantee Fund in an ad hoc international arbitration against the Bulgarian Guarantee Fund in the wake of Olympic Insurance Co. Ltd insolvency, involving complex issues of liability sharing between the home and host GFs.
