Dispute resolution

Dentons' dispute resolution team has proven experience handling litigations in the Georgian courts for clients from a range of industries. The team handle disputes concerning real estate, compensation, privatisation, tax and customs, and general commercial litigation. The practice also handle competition-related dispute matters. Practice head Otar Kipshidze handles all levels of disputes in front of the Georgian courts, while Zurab Kiliptari leads on commercial litigation matters.
