The ‘pragmatic, responsive and efficient’ group at EY Société d'Avocats is well-placed to advise on transactional tax mandates, in particular M&A, financial restructuring and LBO transactions. The team also provides advice on transfer pricing, indirect tax, and wealth management. Leadership of the practice is shared between a group of ten practitioners, comprising transactional tax specialists Lionel Benant, Cédric Devouges, Matthieu Autret and Xavier Dange; Nantes office tax lead Philippe Vailhen; Lyon office tax lead Laure Tatin; Alexandra Loran and Eric Verron (international tax planning); Gwenaëlle Bernier, who advises clients on digital tax strategies; and Jean-David Vasseur, who directs the firm’s indirect tax offering.
