Praised by one client as ‘the leading team in the market’, Arsene demonstrates capabilities across the gamut of tax mandates, among them corporate and transactional tax, personal taxation for private clients, real estate tax, transfer pricing, and VAT. Leadership of the practice is shared between a group of six lawyers, comprising managing partner Denis Andres, who covers M&A and private equity tax; Mirouna Verban, who assists corporate and private equity clients with transactional tax support; Alexandre Rocchi, adept in private equity tax and tax litigation, and François Lugand, an expert in real estate tax. Also leading are Benoit Bec and Vincent Desoubries, who cover international tax structuring and transfer pricing. Marc Brocardi left the firm in June 2025.
