Delsol Avocats‘s tax offering takes in advice on M&A and private equity transactions, management package schemes and transfer pricing. Co-leading the team are Paris-based Mathieu Le Tacon (private wealth tax) and the ’creative, pragmatic and energetic’ Julien Monsenego.
