The practice is jointly led by Bruno Derieux and Florent Mazeron. Derieux focuses on M&A and private equity transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors, while Mazeron specialises in private equity and corporate governance matters, as well as the establishment of strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
