FIDAL‘s active sports practice covers the full spectrum of commercial, corporate and M&A matters with focus areas such as financings, investments, and sponsorship negotiations. Jean-Baptise Guillot, who joined the firm as head of the sports department in March 2025, is an expert in the field of sports law and handles a busy workload, including commercial agreements for strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions. Simon Darricau left the team in July 2025.
