M&A: smaller deals (below €100m)

Almain assists SMEs, large French corporations and French and international clients with both domestic and cross-border transactions, including private equity deals and public M&A aspects. The team regularly advises clients on strategic joint venture deals and manages transactions in regulated sectors such as energy and financial services. The team is co-headed by Edgard Nguyen, Cécile Davanne-Mortreux and Stéphanie de Robert Hautequère.
