Veil Jourde assists a prominent client base of French companies, spanning various industries such as TMT, property, finance and personal care, as well as smaller groups and family offices. The team is mostly active on the small and mid-cap M&A segment and is geared to handle both public and private M&A. The practice is co-headed by Pierre Deval, whose repertoire extends to post-acquisition topics and litigation, François de Navailles, a key contact for clients from the renewable energies sector, Géraud Saint Guilhem, who offers a wealth of experience in distressed M&A, and Laurent Jobert, with further important team members including Gabriel d’Amécourt and Vincent Ramel.
