Advised AVZ Minerals on ICSID and ICC arbitration proceedings against the Democratic Republic of Congo and a state-owned shareholder in relation to the Manono lithium project.
Advised CDC on the financing of a portfolio of hydrogen projects developed by Lhyfe in France, including structuring bond financing for projects at various stages of development.
Advised Proxiserve on its €606m refinancing by a pool of banks and institutional lenders, supporting its expansion in the French energy efficiency and metering market.
