Magenta‘s competition team is particularly distinguished by its strength in highly regulated sectors, including transport, energy, pharmaceuticals and (most notably) telecoms. The firm strikes a balance between litigation and advisory work, with experience spanning merger control; cartel, abuse of dominance and vertical restraint investigations and related appeals; and private enforcement cases. The team also stands out for its advice on competition law matters in Morocco and French Polynesia.
