Work highlights
Represented Carrefour in a huge wave of emergency proceedings, around 20 lawsuits, initiated by the CFDT union in the first half of 2025 to block the transfer of Carrefour stores to lease management.
Assisted Transdev in its negotiations with SNCF on the social and financial consequences of transferring the employment contracts of workers assigned to the Marseille-Nice TER.
