Eversheds Sutherland‘s co-manages commercial and investment arbitration with a caseload mostly made up of Iran and Libya-related cases, spanning notably the oil and gas and banking sectors. Aside from these, the practice regularly handles work linked with Africa and the Middle-East, notably in the telecoms sector. The practice is headed by Wesley Pydiamah and also includes counsel Nanette Pilkington . Gaëlle Le Quillec  and Julien Fouret  left the practice in 2024.
