Jean-Marc Allix leads Dentons‘ banking and finance team, which has a solid track record in assisting banks and borrowers with a broad range of financing matters. Real estate and project finance deals form the backbone of the practice, however the group is equally highly regarded for its strength in fund financing work. Counsel Steeve Jaskierowicz is very experienced in acting for debtors and creditors in mandates, and Meryll Aloro was promoted to the partnership in September 2025. Of note, Pascal Jouannic left the firm in November 2024.
