Advised Talkwalker on an administrative dispute before the Paris Administrative Court, challenging the French Government’s (Prime Minister) Information Service (Service d’Information du Gouvernement – SIG) tender procedure for the award of a framework agreement for the supply of social and search listening tools and studies.
Advised Groupe Pizzorno Environnement in a high-stakes ICSID arbitration against the Kingdom of Morocco concerning a concession agreement for waste management infrastructure (€50m claim), and successfully negotiating a settlement agreement between the parties.
