Borenius’ M&A and private equity practice combines the firm’s full-service capabilities to manage a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions. The practice serves an expanding portfolio of prominent clients, with a particular focus on the technology, industrial, and fintech sectors. Janko Lindros, who regularly offers advice on M&A, private equity, venture capital, growth funding, and financing transactions, co-heads the practice with Johan Roman, who brings broad expertise on private equity funds for private equity sponsors, industrial companies, and financial institutions. Jyrki Tähtinen is also recommended, and M&A expert Joel Kättö rejoined the practice from Fortum in 2024.
