Advising on potential £20m+ claim against high street retailer in respect of multiple significant breaches of the Groceries Supply Code of Practice, including advising on arbitration by the Groceries Code Adjudicator.
Representing the client in a $10m arbitration brought against them in the London Court of International Arbitration for alleged breaches of a Stock Monitoring Agreement following an armed incursion into an aircraft hangar and the theft of oil barrels.
