Jiménez Peña’s labour and employment team is recognised for advising domestic and multinational clients across the tourism, aviation, manufacturing, and mining sectors. The firm provides day-to-day advice on hiring, terminations, union negotiations, and compliance with Dominican labour and social security laws; it also advises on the labour aspects of corporate transactions. Labour litigation also accounts for a significant portion of the practice's work, with the team frequently handling executive terminations, union disputes, and precedent-setting claims.
