Advised Nexgen Capital and its project company, Generadora San Felipe Limited Partnership, on its participation in the International Public Tender for New Generation EDES-LPI-NG-04-2023 that was announced by the Dominican Government for the construction of two gas-natural powered generation blocks, each one with a maximum capacity of 400MW.
Advised CIFI as lead arranger, and a group of lenders in relation to a credit facility of up to $322.5m for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a 270MWp power plant and associated infrastructure.
