OMG’s dispute resolution department handles a broad range of cases, fielding a team experienced in both domestic and international cases. The team works across various roles, representing plaintiffs, defendants, creditors and debtors, spanning local and international corporations, and individuals. Areas of work include administrative claims, arbitration proceedings, civil and family law issues, collection and foreclosure proceedings, commercial and shareholder disputes and labour litigation.
