DMAC Despacho Juridico’s civil and commercial litigation department handles civil and commercial disputes, as well as contentious administrative matters against public bodies. The team, led by managing partner Gilbert Alberto Suero Abreu, is currently providing legal counsel to UTE in administrative litigation against The National Institute for Potable Water and Sewers (INAPA) of the Dominican Republic. Rafael Dickson has represented a wide range of clients, including public administration entities, financial intermediaries, aviation companies, telecoms corporations, and family business groups.
