Advised Banco de Reservas de la República Dominicana on the negotiation of addenda to a loan agreement and its related agreements, executed with Centurium Bay Company, in order to increase the loan granted to finance the construction and equipment of a tourism project consisting of a water-theme park called “El Dorado”, located in Cap Cana, Higuey, La Altagracia province, Dominican Republic.
Advised Banco de Reservas de la República Dominicana on the negotiation of addenda to the loan agreement and its related agreements, executed with Zemi Hotels and Resorts, in order to increase the loan granted to finance the construction, development and equipment of a tourism project named "Zemi Hotels and Resorts", under the concept of "all inclusive", located in Miches, Dominican Republic.
