DLA Piper Denmark‘s shipping and transport team is home to a group of skilled lawyers, who are well prepared to handle the drafting and negotiation of shipping agreements, as well as transactions such as the sale and purchase of vessels, alongside ship finance. Christian Benedictsen-Nislev leads the team and brings the team experience in contracts of carriage, the purchase and sale of ships, public procurement, and financing of ships. Henrik Kleis is also a prominent member of the team and offers expertise in litigation within the industry and his clients include several Danish ports.
