Work highlights

Advised a large European private equity fund on its investment in a distressed Danish group, guiding them through management liability, capital increase, and reorganisation.
Advised the bankruptcy estate of Randers Kollegiegård, led by trustee Birgitte Jørgensen, in managing the rental properties until December 2023, ultimately reaching a conditional purchase agreement for the property in December 2023, followed by a final agreement in May 2024.
Advised Jens Paulsen, appointed as restructuring officer by the Bankruptcy Court in Herning, on managing the distressed companies Kabooki A/S, CFY ApS, and Ringsted Retail Company ApS, securing an investor through negotiations and completing a share purchase transaction with a compulsory composition.
