DLA Piper Denmark’s market-leading EU, competition and procurement team advises on the full spectrum of EU and Danish competition law, state aid, FDI and Greenlandic competition matters. The group is highly active in merger control, regularly handling transactions requiring merger and FDI screening, including multiple phase II cases, and is equally strong in criminal competition matters. Its renowned procurement team acts for Denmark’s largest public authorities on complex tender processes and public contracts.
