Representing 314 investors against Danske Bank in a case regarding a secondary market claim of EUR 1 billion following the uncovering of the bank’s AML scandal in Estonia in 2018.
Representing a real estate developer in an arbitration against a former partner regarding a cooperation agreement. The case value was EUR 20 million and the case was being heard by an ad hoc arbitration. A very satisfying settlement was reached in August 2025.
