Work highlights

Assisted the Nordic retail chain, Dollarstore, in a cross country product imitation dispute regarding an alleged copy right infringement of 7 products of Søstrene Grene A/S in the Denmark and Sweden. Before finally settled, the dispute was pending in the Danish probate court system, with the High Eastern Court and with the Maritime and Commercial Court.
Assisting the two companies that have been sued for EUR 536,000.00 and which have filed an additional independent claim against the plaintiff for payment of EUR 268,000.00. The case also concerns a dispute over the development of a comprehensive IT system for vote management.
