Moalem Weitemeyer

Moalem Weitemeyer provides a combination of regulatory and transaction advice in both equity and debt-related matters. Areas of expertise include public tender offers, public-to-private transactions, delistings, and note and bond issuances. The team is led by Jacob Bier, who joined the team from Poul Schmith in June 2024, while Dan Moalem is a key adviser for public M&A matters and public takeovers.
