Kromann Reumert’s banking and finance practice is divided into two sub-divisions – the transactional and regulatory groups – allowing the firm to handle a wide array of financing matters. The large team of specialists handles a range of complex financing structures, spanning acquisition and leverage financings, corporate-based financing work, and project and real estate finance issues, among other specialties. Leading the transactional group are the ‘invaluable’ Peter Schiøler Skaaring, who has expertise in financing transactions, and Thomas Kaas, who is a leading specialist in investment grade and secured lending matters. Jens Steen Jensen and Jacob Høeg Madsen lead on the regulatory front. Other key contacts include Kumaran Thavarajah, and new hire Peter Kirkehei Qvist, who joined in October 2023 from Gorrissen Federspiel.
