The real estate and construction practice at CMS leverages the firm’s international network of offices to support clients on cross-border transactional work. Active across the retail, office, and logistics sectors, the group advises high-profile investors, developers and global corporations on complex leasing matters and retail expansion projects. The department is co-led by the 'extremely client-oriented' Lukáš Hejduk, who brings expertise in assisting hospitality sector entities with sale and leaseback transactions and construction projects, and Libor Prokeš, who counts greenfield investment work as a core area of strength. Ivana Lobotková handles pan-European portfolio acquisitions and real estate asset management matters. Lucie Smrkovská left the firm in February 2024.
