The 'detail-oriented' real estate and construction team at PRK Partners has expertise in handling infrastructure projects, project development matters, property litigation, and sale and leaseback transactions. Elsewhere, the group is active in due diligence proceedings, property portfolio management, and complex leasing matters. The practice is co-led by Roman Pečenka, who advises on lease matters and complex construction projects; Daniel Joseph Rosický, who assists foreign investors with real estate acquisitions; and Jakub Lichnovský, who handles construction permitting issues and industrial railway projects. Kristýna Faltýnková and Jana Pekařová are active in development and construction project work respectively, and Rudolf Kožušník handles permits and zoning issues.
