In November 2024, HAVEL & PARTNERS s.r.o., attorneys at law launched the Dawn Raid Protection service to help clients respond to the growing number of unannounced inspections by competition authorities. ‘At the top of his game’, team head Robert Neruda specialises in advising on cartels, abuse of dominance, the assessment of mergers and acquisitions from a competition perspective, significant market power, state aid, and public procurement.
