The practice is led by the ’M&A professional’ Prokop Verner, whose expertise covers domestic and cross-border M&A, contract law, and corporate governance, advising leading local and international corporates, banks, and private equity investors, as well as boards and senior management teams. He works closely with Jakub Čech, who represents both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, primarily in the technology sector. Jana Trhlíková is another key member of the team.
