The banking, finance and capital markets team at PRK Partners continues to be a force in the marketplace, bringing expertise to advising domestic and multinational financial institutions and corporates in mining, renewables and retail, on matters ranging from international syndicate financing, real estate financing and project financing to acquisition financing, club financing and securities offerings. The practice is led by capital markets head Martin Aschenbrenner, an expert in securities matters; Václav Bílý, a specialist in banking, who displays a particular strength in the energy sector; and Jan Kohout, the head of the firm's Chinese desk, who manages complex project financings.
