Work highlights

Represented the holding company of a group owning a number of 4-star and 5-star hotels in Cyprus and various Greek islands in setting off a debt by way of the debt-to-assets mechanism, by drafting and negotiating the terms of a settlement agreement with which its client transferred the ownership of 4 hotels with a value €320m to 4 different SPV companies solely owned and controlled by the creditor.
Represented a company in signing firstly, a property division agreement, and currently negotiating on behalf of the client the terms of a construction agreement for a tower building and a luxurious boutique hotel with a deal value of €40m.
Advised a joint venture company and engaged by the latter for the negotiation, drafting and completion of a construction agreement concerning the construction by an Austrian company of an anaerobic digestion plant in Cyprus for the production of renewable energy with a deal value of €20m.
