KOVAČEVIĆ PRPIĆ SIMEUNOVIĆ LLC‘s team advises on a range of matters consisting of the financing of solar power plants and the development of virtual power plants (VPPs). The privatisation, projects, and energy practice is co-led by Dinka Kovačević and Danijela Simeunović, who have strong expertise in renewable energy and project development, and aviation sector transactions, respectively. Other important members of the team include Martina Prpić, who has experience advising banks on the financing of renewable energy projects, and Tin Aničić, who supports with energy sector acquisitions and target due diligence.
