Wolf Theiss' dispute resolution practice carries out primarily arbitration related work, representing a range of clients from a cross-section of industries. Clients include oil and gas companies, investment management firms, utility companies, renewable energy companies, agriculture businesses and hospitality firms. The practice have recently represented one of the largest Austrian banks in a multi-million euro private liability claim in Croatia, and frequently act in enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, alongside white-collar crime and administrative disputes. Practice head Borna Dejanović  has longstanding and in-depth expertise in arbitration matters, while partner Josip Martinić is praised by clients for being 'always two steps ahead'.
