From its Medellín base, the group acts for some of Antioquia’s leading real estate players on the structuring and execution of real estate projects, joint ventures, M&A and investment transactions. Firm co-founders Carolina Uribe and Carlos Fernando Henao co-head the department and both maintain prominent transactional practices.
