Posse Herrera Ruiz’s real estate team is ‘distinguished by its comprehensive and personalised approach’, according to some. Handling a broad mix of urban planning, development projects, transactions and real estate disputes, the interdisciplinary team stands out for employing non-lawyers — including urban planning architects — to assist with complex matters. Andrés Montoya spearheads the real estate, urbanism and agribusiness practice, and is highlighted for his ’mastery of various areas of law’; he recently advised UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones on negotiations with KKR for the acquisition and leaseback of over 1,000 telecoms sites from Tigo.
