Valued for its ‘tireless commitment to client service’, the real estate practice at Pérez-Llorca — formerly Gómez-Pinzón Abogados until its 2025 merger with the incoming Spanish firm — strikes a balance between real estate transactions, and urban and planning law. The team acts for a broad stable of real estate funds, developers, landowners and investors, advising on a wide range of licensing and regulatory issues through to project development and asset sales and acquisitions. Real estate veteran Paula Samper Salazar leads the department and contributes experience in both regulatory and transactional work; she recently advised GTM Chemicals on the expansion of its plants across Colombia.
