Advising Puerto Bahía Colombia de Urabá on public law and procurement matters relating to a $720m greenfield port project, including the structuring and execution of a collaboration agreement with the Antioquia Regional Government for the joint development of a $20m access road critical to the project.
Assisted the Colombian Mining Association with the challenge of a 2023 regulatory decree affecting the rights and due process of mining titleholders, successfully securing the admission of the claim before the State Council, where the matter is currently under review.
